It's more or less what it says on the tin! For some reason or other, you're interviewing your character; more specifically, you're asking them these twenty five things in the order below. So... In a posted response, have your character answer these questions! It could be interesting what comes out or doesn't, provided they're being honest (and not TOO tight-lipped) about it..!
I'll post a response myself to demonstrate!
-----
What is your full name and its origins? What about any nicknames?
Have you any claims to fame?
How would you introduce yourself? If you are famous in your world, how would you introduce yourself to someone who had never heard of you?

*Gets there first* >3
What is your full name and its origins? What about any nicknames? Edgar Albert Christopher. I was born Juno Edgar Christopher, but took my father's first name as my middle when he died, as is tradition for the males in my family. My nickname is Aggie, a child-adapted version of Aggro. I was a very... tenacious child.
Have you any claims to fame? Does being a news anchor count?
How would you introduce yourself? If you are famous in your world, how would you introduce yourself to someone who had never heard of you? "Hello, my name is Edgar, how are you?" And that's it.
Which of your culture's achievements do you hold in highest regard? Anything Nikola Tesla's ever done.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? A member of Britain's Olympic swim-team.
What was your most prized possession as a child? Do you still have it? My first acoustic guitar. It's still in one piece, but it's at my mother's home.
What would you change about yourself, if you could? My natural hair colour. I always have my hair dyed, because I honestly think it looks better when it's darker.
What are you obsessed with? My health and image.
What is your greatest achievement so far, or the high point of your career? The look on my friend Bridget's face when her wife gave birth.
When/where were you happiest? It was a late afternoon in summer when I was living in New York. I was half-asleep, on my back in the grass beside one of the lakes in Central Park. Everything was so peaceful, even though I'd dragged a friend or two with me.
And the lowest point in your life thus far? My entire second year of university.
What was the best decision you ever made? Moving to the States.
If you have any body modifications, which was most painful, or which do you regret the most? If you haven't got any, do you have any planned, or would you ever consider getting any? I had my right ear pierced in the early 90s. It's healed over, though. I do plan on getting a tattoo soon.
What is the most idiotic thing you have ever done while intoxicated? Went streaking on the Quad at NYU, even though I only made it five feet before passing out.
What is your favourite joke? Life. (Lemme explain. Edgar thinks finding 'meaning' in life is an absolutely laughable pursuit because honestly, people have better things to be doing than pondering their role in the universe. Sure, life does have meaning, but everyone ends up dying in the end anyway and that meaning won't have much meaning at all when you're not around to appreciate it.)
What is the coolest/most impressive thing you own? I have a large Cthulhu plushie... or is it a cushion? It's on my couch. Or my car. It's an '84 Trans-Am.
When did you last cry, and why? Two weeks ago. Never let me get drunk and watch soaps by myself.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever had? "You're not going to get very far in life if you're too afraid to ask questions."
Similarly, what's the nicest thing anyone's ever done for you? Tolerating me dragging them to see the Men In Black movies way too many times.
Have you any vices? Too many to recall at this point.
Do you regret anything? Never.
What is the best invention ever? CGI technology.
How would you describe your relationship with your family? In a word? Existent. I call home at least once a month to make sure everything's okay.
Who is your biggest inspiration? Walter Cronkite.
What are you going to do when you've finished this interview? Probably go for coffee.

YOUUUUUUUUU-
What is your full name and its origins? What about any nicknames?
'Yuume Souryuu' is the western order.
Yuu bears the kanji for play, and Me is from the word for 'dream'. As for my last name, it as likely a rather powerful one at some time; I suppose it is to a mild extent now, but regardless. Names with 'ryuu', or 'dragon' tended to be more important. The 'Sou' means 'blue' or 'pale', so I would assume that the family was established in either a 'pure' location or a watery one...
Have you any claims to fame?
Eh..? Ah, I wouldn't think so...
[Actually, she has a few professors who are rather impressed with the quality of her papers; so she does indeed have a rather slight claim to fame in an odd sense.]
How would you introduce yourself? If you are famous in your world, how would you introduce yourself to someone who had never heard of you?
Ah.. I'm really not a famous person..!!
...However, when it comes to introductions, I typically use the western order of names, to be polite. Out of habit I tend to bow my head as well, it is a hard habit to break unfortunately..!! Often, when a hand is offered, it takes me a brief moment to remember to shake it...
Which of your culture's achievements do you hold in highest regard?
Ah... Well, I am admittedly rather honored to know that Japan is doing well in the EPI (Envirolemtal Performance Index). Currently, they are ranked 20th, and are among the world's leaders in developing more enviroment friendly technologies...
Japanese cuisine is also very good, though admittedly, that could partially be bias on my part...
[She cares about the food more..!!]
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Eh? ...To be honest, I didn't give that too much thought when I was younger... I suppose I would have been too busy dreaming I was the hero in a novel or something similar, aha!
What was your most prized possession as a child? Do you still have it?
Ah- I do, actually... It is a hand-made pillow. I brought it with me from home, it's quite soft...
What would you change about yourself, if you could?
...Ah... I suppose it would be better to be stronger but... Somehow, I don't think I would change that. It would be better for me to eat healthier, however...
What are you obsessed with?
I wouldn't call it obsessed...
I am quite interested in most forms of mythology and folk tales however though! It's interesting to see the similarities between them, as well as the imaginations and beliefs the culture had!
What is your greatest achievement so far, or the high point of your career?
Ah... I wouldn't say I have achieved much really... ...I suppose I am doing relatively well in school...
[She's top of her class...]
When/where were you happiest?
Happiest..? Ah... I suppose, back in Japan...
[Most definitely, it was when Kimi came back as a fox; being able to play with her best friend without worry for Kimi's previous illness was a blessing.]
And the lowest point in your life thus far?
...I would... Rather not answer. I am sorry.
[Kimi's death, by far. Given how much the trauma has affected and is affecting her now, it's no surprise.]
What was the best decision you ever made?
The best decision..?
Probably staying in school, haha. I was not a good student when I was young, admittedly...
If you have any body modifications, which was most painful, or which do you regret the most? If you haven't got any, do you have any planned, or would you ever consider getting any?
Ahhh... I once considered getting my ears pierced... America appears to be much more leinient about things such as this among children I have noticed, it is a little odd..
What is the most idiotic thing you have ever done while intoxicated?
...I don't drink...
What is your favourite joke?
Favorite? I don't actually have one... A number of jokes are amusing in their own way really...
What is the coolest/most impressive thing you own?
Hahah! I don't think that applies to anything I own..! I suppose there's a sword...
[She has a katana- a real katana! It's always sheathed and kept on her dresser atop a stand.]
When did you last cry, and why?
Ah... The last time I cried..?
...Mmn... Forgive me, but I don't feel I can answer this one either...
[She had another nightmare- worse than the usual.]
What's the best piece of advice you've ever had?
'Listen to what others say'. It helps to prevent many unfortunate events, I feel.
Similarly, what's the nicest thing anyone's ever done for you?
Ahhhh... ...How do I pick one, haha..? I suppose, most recently, someone spoke in my defense... They didn't have to, but it was quite kind...
Have you any vices?
I presume so... I tend to become distracted with books, and with sweet foods really...
Do you regret anything?
...A... A good number of things...
What is the best invention ever?
Ah... M-Massage chairs..!!
...Sorry, that was a selfish opinion...
How would you describe your relationship with your family?
...It is... Rather distant, at the moment. They are in Japan however, so it is expected...
[She's severed her ties entirely. Her parents are very worried..!!]
Who is your biggest inspiration?
Mnn... I can't say anyone in particular... However, I do look up to my cousin...
What are you going to do when you've finished this interview?
I think I'm going to have a mug of tea... Perhaps I will go over my essay as well, to double check everything....
